We simply email over the plans and quote, then its up to you to decide your colour/style options and when to book your install date.

From Start to Finish

Contact

When you contact us we will contact you back to arrange a free no hassle consultation. The consultation is normally 15-20 minutes were we survey, measure and consult with you on what you require. We can normally give a ball park figure there and then to let you know how much the job will cost.

Design & Quote

We will produce a detailed computer designed image and a more accurate quote for the job. This is sent to you via email or over the phone. We will ask you to provide feedback on the design and let us know if you wish to continue with the project.

If you are happy to continue, we invite you to come into the showroom to pick your colours, styles and finishes for the project. These could include worktop surfaces, unit and door colours and styles, handles, appliances and sink & taps. We can even fit flooring, wall tiles, extra electrics and even small building works.

Arrange Fit Date and Finalise Sale

After everything has been chosen we will draw a up the contract, arrange a start date for the job and ask you to double check and sign the paper work and pay a deposit to secure the fit date.

The Fit

Our team will come to the property on the pre arranged start date normally around 9am (depending on location) and rip out existing kitchen/bathroom (if applicable) and prepare the area ready to fit the job

Once the area is ready we will start to install the kitchen/bathroom.

As an example

Units and positioned and squared of with the walls ready for the work surfaces and wall units to go up.
All units are now in place with plumbing ready for sink and tap. Doors and draws have been installed with protective wrapping left on to help protect them. Appliances have been fitted and checked.
Finally the worktops up stands and sink and tap are installed, leaving the last step of the job to remove the protective wrapping on the doors.

Completion

Once the job has been completed to the agreed specification on the contract, we will then ask that the remaining balance is paid.

If for any reason you notice something is not quite right after the job has been completed, or you require some more work to be carried out, simply call us and we will arrange to sort any issues as quickly as possible.
